As an Acts 1:8 church, First Baptist Church of Lilburn is a church committed to fulfill Jesus' last spoken words on earth by having a comprehensive missions strategy in our community (Jerusalem), region (Judea), continent (Samaria) and world (ends of the earth). We want to be a church ready and willing to be a worldwide missions center.
In addition to the ministries and programs supported through the Global Missions Budget, thirteen percent (13%) of all tithes and general offerings are contributed to the mission causes of the SBC Cooperative Program (10%) and the Gwinnett Metro Baptist Association (2%). Annie Armstrong Easter offering and Lottie Moon Christmas offering also receive special designated gift emphasis.
Through the faithful giving to the Global Missions Budget, First Baptist Church of Lilburn is deeply engaged in multi-faceted missions involvement including:
